3. Custom 3D Printing Services

3.1 User‑Supplied Files

You are responsible for ensuring that any file you submit is printable, legal, and does not infringe on any intellectual property rights.

3.2 Printability Limitations

Grid 3D will attempt to print your file as provided, but we cannot guarantee print success if the model contains:

• Thin walls
• Unsupported overhangs
• Non‑manifold geometry
• Holes, gaps, or mesh errors

3.3 Functional Parts Disclaimer

3D‑printed parts are not certified for structural, load‑bearing, safety‑critical, or mechanical use. All prints are provided as prototypes only.

3.4 Colour & Material Variation

Colours, textures, and finishes may vary slightly due to material batches, printer calibration, and environmental conditions.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Customer Files

You retain ownership of any design you submit. By uploading a file, you grant Grid 3D a temporary, non‑exclusive license to print the file for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

4.2 Grid 3D Designs

All original designs, models, branding, and content created by Grid 3D remain our intellectual property and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Grid 3D is not liable for:

• Damage caused by misuse or incorrect installation
• Failure of functional or mechanical parts
• Losses resulting from delays, courier issues, or indirect damages
• Injuries caused by sharp edges, small parts, or improper handling

6. Warranty

Custom prints carry no warranty due to their unique nature. Standard catalogue items may include limited warranties as described on the product page.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in South African courts.
