1. Order Processing Time

All Grid 3D products are printed on demand. Production typically begins shortly after payment is received.

Standard processing times:

  • Standard catalogue items: 1–3 business days
  • Custom prints: 2–7 business days depending on complexity

Processing times may increase during high‑volume periods, material shortages, or technical delays.

2. Shipping Methods & Couriers

We ship orders across South Africa using trusted courier partners. Shipping options may include:

  • Standard courier delivery
  • Express courier (where available)
  • Local delivery options for certain regions

Courier availability may vary depending on your location.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Main centres: 2–7 business days
  • Regional areas: 3–7 business days
  • Remote or outlying areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, strikes, or other factors outside our control.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, parcel size, and courier rates.

Free or discounted shipping promotions may apply from time to time.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and or WhatsApp.

Tracking updates are provided directly by the courier and may take several hours to activate.

6. Delivery Issues

Grid 3D is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier backlogs
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
  • Recipient unavailability
  • Weather or road conditions

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping fees may apply.

7. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item.

Lost parcels will be investigated with the courier. Replacement or refund decisions will be made based on the outcome of the investigation.

8. International Shipping

At this time, Grid 3D ships only within South Africa. International shipping may be added in the future.
